Richard Ward Associates is a real estate design and development firm providing clients with a range of services to define and nurture a project to completion. Since formation in 1982 Richard Ward Associates has developed medical, dental, physical therapy, mental health, banks, general office, golf course, subdivisions, and industrial facilities.
Richard Ward is a real estate broker and general contractor whose interests have evolved to providing design and development services. Since 1970 space-planning concepts have been a part of the services he provides to the client. Design solutions that are creative and practical, always mindful of how the space will be used and its cost.
Mr. Ward’s decades of experience in developing and constructing numerous types of office and service facilities provides him a unique level of experience in understanding the issues your organization may face, while being mindful of the economic considerations on a job. He has been the responsible developer/contractor/construction manager for more than 35 health related projects, 15 banks, and many general offices, restaurants, industrial facilities, and homes of all sizes.
Richard Ward Associates is proud of these projects. They provide design elements that affirm a sense of a quality and comfort. The creativity of shape and design has become a trademark way for Richard to provide clients with unique architecture. Natural light and volume of interior space from vaulted ceilings also makes for unique, but affordable space.

Born and raised in southern Oregon, Sean grew up on job sites with his father and after completing college, returned to Grants Pass and began working in real estate with him. Following additional post graduate degrees and work in other fields including managing other businesses, Sean returned to real estate and development in 2005. With the Creation of Sean Ward Development, Inc. and Prime - Sean Ward Properties, Richard and Sean have expanded the services of their team to provide a seamless and more comprehensive ability to serve all types of projects from idea to completion.
As the principal broker of Prime - Sean Ward Properties, Sean focuses on providing buyers a unique service to assist them in understanding all aspects of the purchase of a new home or business space. Sean's unique background helps him provide buyers with a great understanding of the present value of properties and their future potential.
Sean Ward Development, Inc. provides development and the consultation services for clients evaluating their development property potential. Sean helps clients understand the timing of market factors and costs and benefits of development opportunities.
Sean also works with Richard Ward Associates in providing 3-D drafting to enable clients to get a better sense of the architectural style and appearance of the building project.
